He finds great joy in witnessing those special “aha” moments, where children begin to understand, explore, and grow in confidence.
Christian is committed to creating an environment where every child feels included, valued, and supported. He works closely with families to build strong, trusting relationships, ensuring each child’s individual needs are understood and nurtured.
Under Christian’s leadership, the Orange Campus offers a true home-away-from-home environment, where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually at their own pace.
